2. Information on this site
- Prices are starting prices ("onwards") as published by the developer on the date shown on the price list. Stamp duty, registration, GST and other charges are extra. Prices, offers and availability change; the exact amount is in the cost sheet for the home you choose.
- Sizes are as published by the developer. Ask for the MahaRERA carpet area of the exact home before you decide.
- Photos, renders, films and floor plans are artist's impressions or reference images, and furniture and fittings shown are not part of the offer unless the agreement says so.
- Possession dates are as stated in the MahaRERA registration and may change as per the registration.
- Distances and travel times are approximate road distances.
- Always check project details, approvals and dates on the MahaRERA website (maharera.maharashtra.gov.in) under PM1330002602188.
3. Your enquiry
When you send an enquiry you confirm the details are yours and agree that we may contact you about this project by call, SMS or WhatsApp, as explained in our privacy notice. Sending an enquiry does not book a home or create any obligation for you or for us.
